How Kullar builds
Every Kullar home goes up with the same crews — excavation, foundation, framing, mechanical, finishing — which is why the seventy-sixth house goes up cleaner than the first. The exterior is James Hardie fibre-cement on every plan, garage doors are Steel-Craft, and the interiors come from four curated palettes (Rockies, Venice, Ceppo and Anthology) chosen at one design-centre visit and finalized online in the client portal.
